Rachel began making jewelry quite by chance in 2002 when a roommate brought home some simple beads and jewelry wire. Although she hadn't previously been particularly interested in jewelry, her keen eye for color, pattern and texture proved to be a great compliment to her new found "hobby". But within a few years it was evident that designing jewelry was going to be much more than a hobby. With demand for her pieces from friends, family and customers growing, her weekend stints at craft shows were just a starting point. Eventually a friend introduced her to etsy where she began selling her designs exclusively.

Rachel's work was soon discovered by boutiques around the country and her work is carried in California, Oregon, Colorado, and Delaware.

Not satisfied to continue making pieces with simple wire wrapping, it wasn't long before Rachel took a few metalsmithing classes, bought all the needed equipment and expanded her shop and her portfolio with one of a kind and limited edition metalsmithed pieces.
